"Tim first distanced himself from other contractors by replying almost immediately to my inquiry. Most contractors also missed appointments - but not Tim. My wife and I changed the plans 3 or 4 times and he helped guide us along the way. We also had examples we'd found on the web which he was able to work into the design. Tim and his crew was VERY enjoyable and flexible to work with. When situations out of his control popped up he handled them extremely well, keeping a customer focus. Kudos!"
